We are looking for a telephone operator for our busy call centre at Nelson Hospital. This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. This position would appeal to someone who enjoys a challenge and job satisfaction. Key duties include answering the phone, after-hours reception duties, interacting with the public and dealing with emergency situations.

Shift**: 4.00PM to 8.00PM.
- **
Roster**: Monday to Friday.

To succeed in this role you will have a bright, friendly and outgoing personality with great interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus. You will be highly organised and efficient with the ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- For the health and safety of staff and patients all NMH staff are required to be vaccinated in accordance with the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021._
