Are you a customer service professional with impeccable organisational skills? Platinum Recruitment are excited to be searching for an Office Manager for a Dunedin based company who is a market leader in their industry.

**About the role**:
This role is a full-time, permanent role based on site in the Dunedin office. This is a customer facing role, so excellent customer service, team collaboration and communication skills are required.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Provide excellent standard of day-to-day customer service;
- Support and manage office staff;
- Maintain and implement Health and Safety procedures;
- Develop and maintain positive customer and client relationships;
- Incorporate a marketing plan to aid in company's customer exposure.

As the Office Manager you will report to the General Manager, and collaborate with the HR team and head of departments. You will bring with you at least five years of customer service experience, intermediate marketing experience, leadership qualities, and fantastic communication skills. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are required in ensuring tasks are prioritised and completed successfully.
