If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Our client is seeking a skilled AWS Engineer to join their team in a permanent role. As an AWS Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining their AWS environment, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of security, reliability, and scalability.

This is a newly created role that will be part of our client’s continued investment in technology capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure to meet organizational needs
- Monitor and troubleshoot AWS services to optimize performance
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the AWS environment
- Automate tasks and workflows with scripting languages and AWS tools
- Collaborate with IT professionals to create and implement cloud-based solutions
- Evaluate new AWS services and technologies for suitability in our client’s environment
- Create and maintain AWS environment documentation
- Provide technical support to internal customers and external partners

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 3+ years experience managing and maintaining AWS environments
- Strong understanding of AWS services and technologies, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and VPCs
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Ansible
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- AWS certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are a plus/
