**Mission**:
We want to strengthen our VIE pool and we are looking for an Equipment Engineer F/M to work on fulfilling missions, within our teams in New Zealand (40 people, 8 Trucks, 1 asphalt plant) You will participate in the management of all the operations of the mechanical workshop.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- ** Manages the equipment fleet (works, quarries and industries)**: applies and enforces the fleet maintenance policy defined by the Management, draws up and monitors maintenance and investment budgets, manages investment orders, participates in supplier negotiations, etc.
- **Manages the Technical part and participates in the development of innovations**: advises and assists the Operational Unit Managers on the management and use of equipment, participates in technical, technological and logístical choices, keeps a watch on the market to detect innovations, etc.
- **Consolidates, analyses and shares performance data**: leads and challenges teams, carries out benchmarks and reporting (OPEX, CAPEX, TUM), etc.
- **Guarantees compliance with the QHSE approach**: monitors the conformity of equipment, proposes technical solutions to improve the safety of personnel, ensures compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental rules, etc.
- **Manages the teams**: organises the network of workshop managers, recruits, participates in the training plan and in the management decisions of employees, etc.

Bac+5 training, from a general or specialized course in mechanics/industrial maintenance (Civil Engineering/Public Works).

You are looking for a professional experience abroad and you already have a successful first experience (internship/work-study prograM/First experience).

You have an advanced command of English.
