As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be an integral part of our clients mission to develop and operate cutting-edge renewable power generation facilities. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining mechanical systems that drive renewable energy infrastructure. **Responsibilities**:

- Design and optimize mechanical systems for renewable power generation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and risk analyses for new projects.
- Develop engineering specifications, drawings, and technical documentation for mechanical components and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with electrical, civil, and control systems.
- Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety of our renewable power plants.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies in the renewable energy sector.
- Support project management activities by providing technical expertise and guidance during construction and commissioning phases.
- Participate in field tests and data analysis to evaluate and optimize mechanical system performance.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability within the engineering team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in mechanical design, analysis, and optimization, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
- Familiarity with renewable power generation technologies, such as wind, hydro and geothermal.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for renewable energy and a strong commitment to sustainability.
