It’s busy here at Cater Plus and our Learning & Development Lead is a pivotal role enabling us to deliver on our commitment to maximising the potential of our people, within a culture that promotes a healthy and happy workplace.

This exciting new role is integral to developing the pathways and engaging our people in learning and development across our organisation. Leading the design, development and delivery of learning and development, innovation and forward thinking will be key to your success.

We require someone with a successful track record in leading the development and implementation of innovate learning and development offerings within a collaborative team environment. You will also need:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
- Effective time management, organisational, and problem solving
- Proven ability to develop, implement and interpret Learning Needs Analysis
- Proficiency in identification of, and solutions for, skill and knowledge gaps across a workforce
- Competency in the development of an organisational annual learning plan
- Competency in development of content, and delivery of, education sessions - including simulations, mentoring, on-the-job coaching, online and in-person teaching sessions.
- Energy and interest in researching and recommending new and emerging educational delivery methods and tools.
- Ability to develop a train the trainer programme with inhouse SME’s for in house delivery.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, based in our Hamilton East support office, this is a full time role.
