Checkout Manager

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Ensure checkout, café and Lotto provide an enhanced customer service experience
- Lead, motivate and coach your team to meet our high store standards and the department KPIs including, rostering, training and disciplining when necessary
- Maintain high presentation standards at the checkout and ensure adherence to Food Safety and Health and Safety processes
- A strong customer service orientation
- Relevant industry experience eg. previous Supervisor experience, POS systems experience, Lotto experience
- Manager's Certificate would be advantageous
- A great attitude and desire to make the workplace fun - for customers and team members
- The ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with team members, customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated, loyal and a high level of integrity

**This position is full-time from Tuesday-Saturday with hours to be discussed during the interview process.**

You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand - with Citizenship, Residency or approved Work Visa.
