**Responsibilities**:
**1. SALES**: Present promotions, follow up, cross-sell, upsell, and close sales.

**2. CUSTOMER SERVICE**: Share product knowledge, enhance engagement, offer trend awareness, and provide earring care tips.

**3. SALES TARGETS**: Strategize and implement sales tactics to achieve daily targets.

**4. VISUAL MERCHANDISING**: Manage inventory displays, store maintenance, and housekeeping.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work weekdays, occasional weekends, late nights, and flexible shifts.
- Driven to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Teachable, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
- Understanding and accommodating to the needs of small businesses, offering flexible solutions and support.
