**Produce 2IC - full time**

We are currently looking for a Produce 2IC with experience in a retail fresh food environment, someone who will be able to lead our amazing Produce team. You will have a commitment to excellence in delivering the fresh produce offer in our store and be a strong communicator.

Other qualities we are looking for include;
- A proven history of delivering high presentation standards.
- Honesty, self-motivated and an excellent work ethic.
- Skilled in using SAP.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on agreed budgets and targets and lead the team to achieve exceptional results.
- A passion for fresh, quality Produce.
- A current forklift license.
- Understanding of food safety practices, and health and safety in the workplace

Ideally, you will have experience in a leadership role in a retail business, and be able to demonstrate how your skills will transfer to this role.

This is a fulltime role that requires flexibility in being able to work rostered shifts including one day every weekend. Actual hours and days will be discussed at interviews.
