**Role Overview**: The Multi-Site Manager role involves overseeing two significant Auckland stores to drive their growth. Reporting to an experienced Regional Manager, this individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the retail establishments. The company is seeking a motivated, experienced retail professional with a mature outlook, one who seeks personal growth within the organization and as part of an exceptional team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and guiding retail teams to achieve sales targets
- Developing store teams and enhancing overall store performance
- Ensuring operational excellence across both stores, maintaining high standards
- Assuming leadership of two key Auckland stores, offering expert sales advice
- Mentoring, inspiring, and cultivating retail teams
- Instilling a customer-centric approach across all interactions to drive business success

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in Retail Multi-Site Management or extensive Senior Store Management experience
- Quick adaptability following comprehensive onboarding
- You are a true hands-on leader, motivated, and passionate about the training and development of future leaders
- Strong commercial acumen, articulate communication, and engaging personality
