**Purpose of the role**
To be an important phone contact to valuable clients when they need it the most. From answering emergency medical alarm activations, to general testing and troubleshooting, this role provides exceptional customer service as part of a unified team supporting an amazing group of clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer a variety of medical alarm activations, from emergency assistance calls, to general testing and troubleshooting
- Provide reassurance and peace of mind to our customers and their family members
- Notify the ambulance services and communicate critical emergency details
- Assist on-site installers to help onboard new clients with their medical alarms
**Experience and Requirements**
- Engaging 'people person' with the ability to demonstrate empathy
- Proven experience in customer service and exceptional listening skills
- Excellent resilience
- Computer literate, ability to pick up new systems quickly and accurate typing skills
- First aid certificate, or willingness to get one
- A team player who will add to our already amazing workplace culture

**Flexibility**
The role is a permanent part-time position, entailing a total of 64 hours over every two weeks. Given that we are a 24/7 business, we have shifts to suit most people, with our busiest times between 10 am and 2 pm on weekdays. There will be opportunities to pick up extra shifts outside of your rostered shifts if you are interested as well. Penalty rates are applicable for working during unsocial hours and you'll receive the roster a month in advance, enabling you to plan your time off accordingly.
