Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Minimum guaranteed hours of work per week: 30 Hours

Days required: Monday to Sunday (rostered shifts)

Hourly Rate: $29.70

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
To effectively manage allocated shifts in accordance with company policies and procedures, with emphasis on customer service and Team Member supervision.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Assist the management in day to day overall operations of the
- Supervise the team members for the smooth functioning of sales.
- Assist in recruiting new staff (when required), training new staff, Assign tasks to team members during your shift & Performance review of the team
- Assisting in scheduling tasks, resolving problems and following up work
- Resolving customer complaints, take the timely decision to refer the matter further to the upper management, Building up clients relations, ensuring high level customer services, promoting safe and positive public image of the orga
- To assist the manager in developing the different marketing strategies to maximise the sales.
- Monitor and record stock levels into the system on daily
- Order all stock and in accordance with guidelines pertaining to the allocated shift.
- To ensure that controls and procedures necessary to protect the safety of employees and customers, company funds, property and plant are maintained by all employees on any shift under supervision.
- To ensure the stores sanitation and cleanliness at or above the standard
- Conduct regular meetings with the management
- Must be the age of above 18 years
- Tertiary Qualification OR minimum one year of supervisory level work experience at the similar business environment
- You must be, someone who is committed, reliable and able to work on a roster that would require you to work varied days and times which includes early mornings, late evenings, weekends & Public as the store is open 7 days
- Strong communication skills, a passion for delivering world class customer
- Enjoy coming to work and willing to be part of a
- Must pass the drug test and police check
