Ibp Reporting Analyst

**He aha te mahi? What's the role?**:
We are excited to be recruiting an IBP Reporting Analyst who will join our Commercial Finance team based in the Bay of Plenty. This is a newly established role which will provide key internal stakeholders with demand-focused analytics, reporting and insights into our season performance. In addition, this position will support business information needs on historical and/or forward-looking volume or sales information.

The ability to drive the development of IBP analytics and value-add reporting will be the key to success in this role as will the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Commercial Finance and IBP team in order to understand market intricacies and produce meaningful analysis.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Preparing, analysing and improving demand-side Global IBP reporting and supporting the establishment of regular IBP reporting formats to support IBP Governance and regular business performance reporting.
- Ownership of global weekly sales run rate reports including analysis, verification, and commentary as well as preparation of slide decks used by stakeholders for regular business and industry presentations.
- Establishing, developing and owning regular in-season reporting and analysis for the business. Including consolidating, analysing and providing commentary to support regular business performance reporting.
- Advocating for ongoing consolidation and standardisation of sales reporting across the business to ensure consistent numbers, reports and information are used by key stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Global Sales and Marketing teams, Growth, and Finance teams across Zespri to educate on reports and analytics and understand end user feedback to improve reporting capability and insights.
- Act as a data & analytics power user with active involvement with the Zespri BI & Analytics team to drive use of, and improvements in the analytics space.
- Managing continuous improvement across new and existing processes when looking at regular process and reporting.

The IBP Reporting Analyst will provide stakeholders across the business with information and insights, so we are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you will have:

- 3+ years' experience working in a similar role in a commercial organisation.
- Advanced financial analytics/modelling skills, with ability to manage and manipulate large and complex data sources essential.
- Experience with Analytical and Business Intelligence Tools.
- Advanced Excel, Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365 suite tools
- SAP including SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI experience preferred.
- Work must be of a high standard that creates and maintains trust, therefore an ability to sense check data, recognise anomalies, and ‘think outside the box’ is essential for this role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, or a related field is advantageous as is a CFA or similar related qualification.
