**Position**: Hardware Technician

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled Hardware Technician to join our team. This role requires a strong background in diagnosing and resolving mobile device hardware issues, as well as adapting and installing software to meet customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile device hardware and software issues, providing effective repair solutions.
- Assist customers with questions about their device’s hardware and software, offering clear, helpful guidance.
- Perform physical repairs on mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery changes, and other hardware fixes with attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- NZQF Diploma or equivalent OR;
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and mobile device repair techniques
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Expected hours: 30.00 - 60.00 per week

- Rotating roster
- Shift work
