We need a talented Administrator who has a keen willingness to learn and wants to grow within our supportive and collaborative team. Your passion for health and wanting to contribute to helping us in our role of maintaining Safe Staffing outcomes, will be beneficial. This is the ideal chance to showcase your skills while developing new ones at the same time.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- Qualifications NCEA Level 2 (6th form cert/university entrance) - literacy and numeracy (essential), computing/information management (desirable) or relevant work experience
- Previous administration experience (essential) in health setting (desirable)
- Ability to provide strong administrative and coordination support to the SSHW team across complex programmes of work
- High degree of computer literacy including good knowledge of MS Teams, Word and ability to learn and navigate other software or tools
- Working knowledge with website administration, power BI and Canva
- Strong and effective communication skills
