Wine buffs stay in the cottages and villas here while exploring the region, often dining at the excellent restaurant onsite, if you appreciate good food and wine this is a place that youll be proud to call work.

We are seeking someone who goes that extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience. We are open seven days a week and you must be flexible to work weekends and public holidays. This is a hands-on role and requires you to be part of the busy operation on a daily basis. The Role will be70% Operations and 30% Administration.
- A relevant hospitality/management qualification or at least 1-year management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in team management.
- Work well under pressure.
- Eye for details.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures for efficient operations.
- Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff to maintain a skilled and efficient team.
- Prepare and manage the departments budget, balancing costs with quality service standards.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless communication and cooperation.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
- Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and linens.
- Implement sustainable practices and address guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the departments efficiency and service quality.
