**Full time - Clinical Team Leader - Hapai Ora**

**Early intervention first episode psychosis.**

**Exciting opportunity to join the leadership team at Hapai, a well-established early intervention team based at Epsom, Auckland.**

**Working in partnership with a lead clinician and the support of a clinical coordinator you will provide clinical and operational leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians.**

Hāpai Ora offers innovative early intervention services to tāngata whai i te ora (person seeking wellness/service user) up to age 30 who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis or at high risk of psychosis. Hāpai Ora serves those within the Te Toka Tumai geographic area for up to 2 years.

We are a community-based early intervention service working with whānau to help acutely unwell young people to return to the community. We follow a multidisciplinary team approach and provide comprehensive treatment and support for youth with a first episode of psychosis or an at risk mental state.

**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The Clinical Team Leader role has responsibility for a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians. The role includes both a clinical and leadership/management component, reporting to the Service Clinical Director and working collaboratively with the Operations Manager, Lead Clinicians and clinical coordinator.

The multi-disciplinary team is made up of mental health professionals from the disciplines of psychiatry, psychology, social work, occupational therapy, psychotherapy, nursing and cultural advisors, employment support and peer support specialist.

The position requires a self-motivated and conscientious leader with a strong clinical and service user focus. You will relish the challenges and enjoy working in a supportive environment. You will have a positive attitude, flexibility and a proven ability to form good relationships with staff, service users and their families/whanau. You will work collaboratively at a senior clinical level with clients, colleagues, mental health service providers, and other community agencies to promote service user recovery.
