**The Role**:
You will be a key member of the team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Mulesoft solutions using the Anypoint Platform. These solutions will be tailored to address specific requirements for our clients Energy and Utilities customers. Your role will involve sharing knowledge and providing guidance to fellow team members and developers across various teams. With your extensive experience in integration architecture and development, particularly in conjunction with the Salesforce platform, you will assume a technical leadership position, fostering innovation and delivering scalable, reliable integration solutions.

**The Details**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in handling mainstream tasks within the team and proactively acquiring the necessary product and technical knowledge to contribute effectively.
- Successfully delivering software solutions from your team to customers.
- Receiving feedback from your team, technical reviewers, leads, and managers on the quality and quantity of your technical contributions.
- Receiving feedback from the team members you are mentoring.
- Effectively implementing improvements to enhance practices and processes.
- Actively engage in Agile software development practices, including:

- Attending all team meetings, including daily stand-ups, promptly and reliably.
- Clearly communicating your progress since the last stand-up and outlining your plans for the day.
- Effectively communicate any obstacles or challenges to your team.
- Providing regular input during task planning sessions.
- Ensure task planning aligns with the actual work required for completing a story.
- Being actively involved in grooming the backlog.
- Emphasizing the importance of teamwork, fostering positive relationships with team members and colleagues.

**Your experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a skilled Developer with a specialization in MuleSoft, focusing on the design and development of intricate integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Expertise in various aspects of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule runtime, API Manager, DataWeave, connectors, and related components.
- Strong background in designing and implementing API-led connectivity, RESTful and SOAP web services, and message-based integrations.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating with Salesforce solutions using MuleSoft technology.
- Thorough knowledge of integration patterns, messaging systems, and enterprise integration frameworks.
- Profound understanding of enterprise architecture principles, capable of developing scalable, reliable, and secure integration solutions.
- Familiarity with other integration platforms and technologies (e.g., ESBs, SOA, microservices) is a plus.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor development teams, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in integration development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, proficient in analyzing complex requirements, identifying suitable integration patterns, and proposing effective solutions.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, influencing technical decisions, and leading technical discussions.
- Highly desirable to possess MuleSoft certifications, such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adept at managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.

This role is offering $120,000 to $140,000 per annum depending on experience. Applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand as this client cannot sponsor.
