Our Maintenance department keeps the hotel running smoothly and is vital to the guest's experience. You could be joining this great team as a Maintenance Assistance with us

**Your day to day**

As a Maintenance Assistance you’ll be a jack of all trades and your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- General building maintenance repairs;
- Keep an awareness of repairs and maintenance throughout the hotel during your day to day tasks;
- Liaise directly with departments regarding the completion of work orders;
- Assist investigating reported faults for laundry and kitchen equipment;
- Maintain the hotel to the desired standard;
- Assist in daily inspection and rectification of all public areas.

**What we need from you**
- You'll have a great attitude and take pride in your work;
- You will be hardworking and able to do a physically demanding role;
- A high level of attention to detail;
- The ability to self-motivate and work effectively with the team.
- Have some level of understanding on the Building Management system (ie Siemens BMS)
