- 19-Jun-2024- Description- We are looking for an Environmental Advisor to join Fletcher Construction, supporting Auckland Transport’s Eastern Busway Alliance (EBA) delivered with Fletcher Construction, Acciona, AECOM and Jacobs. This role will involve supporting construction delivery in managing environmental compliance.
- **The Role**
- Reporting to the Environmental Lead, working closely and liaising with the construction teams to identify and mitigate impacts during construction. Developing and maintaining site-specific environmental plans following relevant guidelines and standards for erosion & sediment control, noise and vibration. Undertake environmental inspections and monitoring to ensure the works have the least possible impact on the environment.You will also have experience using multiple systems, such as:
- Microsoft Office
- Consent management tool
- Other environmental monitoring tools such as noise and vibration monitoring

**About You**
- You’ll be someone who likes to get into the detail, maintaining and developing management plans while upskilling Project team members on all environmental matters. Being able to coordinate multiple projects and undertaking environmental monitoring, with a solution focused mindset.- Undergraduate degree in science, environment, engineering or technology related
- Experience of construction environmental management (minimum 2 years)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience developing and maintaining appropriate environmental processes
