The licensed asbestos surveyor is required to travel and conduct on-site Asbestos Management and Refurbishment Surveys across central and upper north Island.

**_What will I be doing?_**

Hamilton based, you will be travelling across the central and upper North Island visiting schools to conduct on site Asbestos Management and Refurbishment Surveys, your responsibilities will include:

- Review of Lab results from samples taken and updating survey
- Completion of Survey report and issue to client
- SME for asbestos related works
- Reporting to the Service Delivery manager and Contract manager this role is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of Asbestos Management and refurbishment Surveys.
- Travelling and overnight work required using the Company car.

**_What are we looking for?_**

Qualifications:

- IP402 - MUST HAVE
- Full Clean Drivers Licence

Experience & Knowledge:

- Working knowledge and experience of asbestos surveys, specifically management and refurbishment surveys with minimum of 6 months experience
- Asbestos Surveys of Schools and or private dwellings
- Report writing and review - Plans and prioritizes work to meet or exceed commitments and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken to build strong relationships with the client and your team.
- Good office skills - MS Word, Excel and Adobe reader
