My client is a well-known company that supports people with disabilities and has been around for many years and is known to have an excellent culture. In this role you will be responsible for providingend-to-end recruitment support to the Recruitment Lead and Recruitment Coordinators to manage applicants. This role is based in Greenlane and will have some flexibility to work from home a few days a week.

Opportunitieslike this are highly sought after and dont come along often.

**As a Recruitment Administrator, some of your key areas of responsibility will include**:

- Assist the recruitment team to identify, select and recruit for vacancies
- Complete reference and safety checks.
- Complete verification checks of licences, visas, and qualifications
- Provide a professional, effective recruitment experience for Service Coordinators and job applicants
- Maintain data integrity of recruitment documentation
- Ensure the timely submission of recruitment documentation during the recruitment process
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experiences such in recruitment, human resources, customer service, call centers, sales, or administration.
- Proven ability in great customer service with high energy, drive, and a can-do attitude
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to manage high volume of work
- IT/Tech savvy
- The ability to multitask and prioritise, with excellent time managementskills
- Can pick up systems fast, and can work with a computer confidently
