**The Role**

Seequent is evolving the way we deploy, upgrade, and support our cloud solutions for our customers as our solution portfolio experiences rapid growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated person to lead a team responsible for the support structures, deployment, and management support of our cloud solutions. This is a full time, permanent role in our Christchurch office or remote within New Zealand.

Working closely with multiple departments and functions across Seequent, you will drive change and be a leader promoting the continuous improvement of service to our customers.

This is a leadership role for the support and deployment team, focused on personnel management and establishing documented processes to build a comprehensive support structure, not a role leading the design of our cloud infrastructure.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Design, build, and lead the team responsible for the deployment and support of our cloud solutions
- Work with Sales, IT, Support and Development to define, document, and implement SLA's and a tiered support model and playbook for our cloud solutions
- Grow your team's readiness to take on the management of new solutions which Seequent builds, acquires, or integrates with
- Ensure your team works collaboratively with our development function and contributes to the design of our solutions, particularly focused on infrastructure and deployment operations
**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Experience leading a support team responsible for the operation and up-time of live systems
- Experience designing or improving a tiered support function, including defining and documenting SLA's, standard playbook operations, and building for scale
- A history of enabling empowered, confident, open, collaborative teams
- Experience in a global company, or experience supporting globally distributed customers
- Exposure and a good understanding of development and deployment operations, including enabling continuous delivery
- A background in customer support for cloud products or IT infrastructure and systems
- Experience handling service interruption incidents including internal and external communications and post incident reviews
