Reporting to the Head of Product, as a mid/senior-level Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in crafting and executing our ambitious product roadmap. You'll enjoy a fast-paced environment, love challenges, and want to make a direct impact on the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to bring our product roadmap to life, ensuring it aligns with our purpose.
- Dive into market research and user feedback to uncover opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Define and prioritise product requirements based on data-driven insights, market demand, and our business goals.
- Analyse product processes and find efficient pathways forward.
- Use data analytics and metrics to guide your decision making and measure the success of our product initiatives.
- Work closely with our talented design, development, marketing and customer teams, turning innovative ideas into reality.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the Agri-tech sector.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in a high growth SaaS or technology-focused company.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to launch.
- Solid product usage and business analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent EQ, communication and ability to relate to customers.
- Highly effective collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- Strong proactivity, problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
- Passion for technology, agriculture, and making a positive impact on the industry.
