**About the Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced **Concierge** to join our busy Front Office team. You will promote positive guest experiences through welcoming guests, explaining hotel facilities and anticipating guests' needs. Responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily portering operations including following up on any outstanding items from previous shifts and preparing items for future shifts

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide guests with a warm welcome and departure
- Assist with guest luggage
- Attend to guest requests
- Ability to work day and night shifts

**Key skills and experience**:

- ** Full, clean New Zealand drivers license (this is a requirement for this role)**:

- Proven customer service skills
- Solid experience as a Concierge in 4+ star hotel an advantage
- Excellent English is essential for this position
- Professional manner and impeccable presentation
- Physical capability to lift and transfer guest luggage

It's important you are flexible for shifts that include evenings and weekends. You'll enjoy secure full time work, 40 hours per week, in a friendly team and being part of one of NZ's leading hotel brands. $25 - $27ph
