Due to internal promotion, we have an amazing opportunity to be the Concierge/Receptionist at TVNZ,Te Reo Tātaki.

**The opportunity - Te tūranga**

This role is responsible for being the first touch-point of the TVNZ brand - to welcome all employees, visitors, partners and clients to TVNZ. You will warmly welcome our people and visitors to TVNZ every day and share our love of content. You'll ensure guests have a first-class experience whether they're visiting or calling, and assist with administration and event management. In this role, your professionalism, warmth and composure is key

Your responsibilities will include:

- Being a** brand ambassador - **by upholding and reflecting the TVNZ brand to our employees, visitors, partners and clients at all times.
- Being** Front of house**:

- greeting** **visitors and assisting with the TVNZ visitor registration process
- Answering the Telephone - transfer calls to the appropriate people, answer queries from viewers and respond to complaints
- Meeting room and event management - provide support for atrium events, organise catering, manage meeting rooms
- Sort mail and couriers
- Manage and control entry to TVNZ
- Administration support

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday **:8.00am - 4.30pm.**

You'll love people and TVNZ. You'll have superb interpersonal skills and be full of energy. You will know how to make a great first impression and communicate with all types of people. Needless to say, excellent personal presentation and communication skills are a must, as you'll be the face of our business.

Ideally we're looking for someone with previous experience in retail, hospitality or as a receptionist, with strong telephone, admin, and customer service skills.
