We require a focused, thorough and motivated individual who can facilitate, maintain and develop coherent the merchandising of the stock in a timely manner. We expect you to be punctual

**You will be required to undertake the following**:

- Assist and Direct activities related to dispatching and delivery of the products.
- To maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that service standards are high and that complaints from customers about products or staff are quickly resolved
- Assist in keeping and analysing records
- Determine call schedule by reviewing priorities; discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.
- Maintain customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees; answering their questions; responding to special requests; describing product features.
- Maintain store shelves by observing displays of the products; removing damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products.
- Restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low
- Ensure the quality of the stock and arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
- Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards.
- Check the market pulse by observing display and pricing of competitors' products.
- Assist with special promotions, checking and monitoring daily special promotions; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period.
- Report on the growth, expansion, or closing of supermarkets and retail outlets in assigned territory.
- Enhance merchandising and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments to develop the business.
- Supervision of staff, this includes all drivers, their recruitment, hiring, times sheet, health and safety and working schedules on a daily basis.
- Receiving customer orders and assist in handling of all issues of clients when they arise.
- Liaising and handling clients’ requirements for timing, volume and delivery of goods
- Managing of all food safety programs implemented by clients that deal with perishable products ensuring quality of product. This include storage, handling, temperature control and distribution.
- Assist in maintaining business records and preparing operational statements and reports
- Assist in management of the back office data, dealing with distribution, runsheets, product ordering, credits and all claim associated with Clients.
