We are currently seeking a talented and committed
**In-store Visual Merchandiser/Window Display Assistant **to join the team in our BRAND NEW
**Milford** store
**(Opening November)**. This position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of merchandising presentation is consistently applied across our Concept store.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Applying/interpreting and implementing the Instore VM Guideline in our store.
- In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
- Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
- Assisting the Windows Team with installing the Window & Instore VM Concept
- Installing the In-store & Window VM Concepts
- Reporting to the State Window Display Coordinator
- Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
- Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards

**ABOUT YOU**:

- **ESSENTIAL: Have a minimum of 1-2 years visual merchandising experience in a high volume fashion apparel retailer**:

- Possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail
- Must have availability to work 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday
