Hamilton, New Zealand GQ Construction Ltd Full time

No prior experience or relevant experience is required but having similar experience in this trade would be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy construction site.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a small team.
- Sound time management skills.
- Physically fit the job and can work outdoor in hot and cold season.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and dismantle scaffolding, barricades and any other temporary structures.
- Loading and unloading building materials, tools and equipment.
- Help level ground, digging and shoveling, lay pipes and cables.
- Help make and maintain road/pathways.
- Help mix, pour and finish concrete.
- Assisting with installing fixtures such as toilets, wash basins and sprinkler systems.
- Assisting with carpentry work.
- Clean up worksites while work completion.
- Other relevant tasks on the worksite required by the employer.
