IT Modern Office Specialist

**The Opportunity**
**What will your typical day look like?**
- Maintain standards at each site where IT Assets/Hardware are deployed
- Resolver group for our Modern office capabilities
- Maintain and develop documentation for each site
- Work closely with the other IT teams
- Ensure appropriate financial processes and the asset management lifecycle are followed and reported on
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required

**Let’s talk about you**
The successful person will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Fundamentals, Associate, Expert) would be beneficial
- Sound knowledge of telephony solutions
- Sound knowledge of current AV technology would be beneficial
- Project management experience
- Structured and methodical approach to troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work unsupervised
