- My client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Officer to join their dynamic team. As an HSEQ Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and promoting high-quality standards throughout the organization.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Quality Assurance management representative.
- WHS - Provide safe working conditions and practices for all employees.
- Strive to continually improve the health, safety and environmental standards of projects.
- Assist Project Managers in the preparation of contract quality Safety and environment Plans.
- Assist with audit program to review quality assurance, safety and environmental procedures.
- Assisting with the Implementation of company quality, safety and environment awareness training program and maintain records on database.
- Maintain safety records as specified in the Safety Systems Procedures Manual.
- Ensure accident and injury records are managed in a timely manner.
- Promote QA, Safety and Environment within the company by use of noticeboards, toolbox meetings and training.
- Conduct inductions for all new employees when required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working as an HSEQ Officer or in a similar role, preferably in a security setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate HSEQ policies and procedures to all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using HSEQ management systems, software, and tools.
