**The Role**

Your passion for data-driven digital marketing will allow you to refine strategies, tactics, and outcomes to ensure we continue to deliver a world class standard of Marketing communication. The ideal person would also be an autonomous quantitative thinker who leverages key metrics and qualitative analysis to refine strategies, tactics and outcomes.

This is a full-time permanent position located in our Christchurch office.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Work with internal stakeholder as you establish, maintain and refine scalable processes and ensure best practices are incorporated into your programs.
- Take responsibility for a variety of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs, campaigns, and activities that drive engagement through the full customer journey/lifecycle.
- Own program and campaign management including communication of status, action items, requirements, deliverables, and results to key functional resources/stakeholders.
- Work with the Marketing Operations/Growth Marketing functions to optimize marketing automation support, to ensure it is strategically supporting marketing efforts.
- Coordinate the brief and request intake including the scope of work, the deliverables and resource requirements, set a RACI - all with an eye on effort, cost, impact priority scoring.
- Collaborate with cross functional internal and external stakeholders, along with the wider Seequent global Marketing team.

**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:

- 5+ years demand generation experience in B2B software of services along with a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is desirable.
- Proven experience designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate growth in a B2B tech company.
- Experience working closely with a sales organisation to enable them to sell, and a passion for working with customers.
- Experience balancing both driving strategic initiatives and hands-on implementing programs.
- Advanced experience working with marketing technology that supports demand and lead generation (Marketo, Salesforce, ABM tools, video marketing platforms, ad tech).
- Experience managing paid and earned digital marketing including PPC, SEO, content marketing and organic social.
