We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a highly skilled team based in Taupo. The purpose of the Project Engineer role is to provide technical support across a wide range of maintenance projects. General areas of work include safety, quality and environmental support, involvement in programming, scheduling, procurement and developing methodologies for a range of projects.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Project Engineer within the heavy civil / construction or infrastructure industry.
- Relevant academic background in Civil Engineering or a related field (degree).
- Ability to provide high-level technical support to the Contract Managers
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety.
- Exceptional time management - ensuring packages of work are completed on time, within budget, and according to programme.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset and approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
