Job Description: We are seeking two Therapy Aides.

We are looking for two Therapy Aides. This job is required to perform duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to the following:

- Assist therapists in preparing therapy sessions by setting up equipment, materials, and treatment areas.
- Escort clients to and from therapy sessions, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Observe and monitor clients during therapy sessions, providing physical and emotional support as needed.
- Encourage and motivate clients to actively participate in therapy activities and exercises.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy rooms and equipment, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
- Document client progress, behaviors, and responses to therapy interventions accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide assistance with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and maintaining client records.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in therapy techniques and practices.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
- No work experience is required. We will provide on-the-job training. You only need to be willing to learn.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Be a team player but also able to work independently
