Despatch Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Despatch Coordinator to join our team based at our Hastings Branch.

**The role**

Your key responsibilities will be to provide excellence in customer services for Waste Management’s customer-base, by answering customer enquiries/requests, scheduling daily work for operators, the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports, manage accounts payable and month end functions, manage and control assets in area of responsibility as well as communicating effectively with stakeholders to meet their needs along with supporting management with administrative functions as required.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. You also bring a proactive and positive attitude and the ability to instantly build rapport with customers. You're customer centric, a strong relationship builder, flexible, have high attention to detail and good time management. Experience in using MS Office especially Word and Excel are also essential for this role.
