Despatch Co-ordinator

If you have four Yes's then this role is for you........ come and be part of our exciting journey at Tumu Napier This role involves efficiently overseeing the day to day operation of customer service and deliveries both into and out of the Tumu Napier yard. Key responsibilities include:

- Methodically planning and coordinating all customer deliveries to ensure maximum efficiency
- Receiving inwards goods and monitoring stock to ensure orders arrive on site within agreed customer timeframes
- Communicating with customers every step of the way to ensure expectations are managed and exceeded, even when plans change
- Building a solid rapport with customers and suppliers
- Supporting professional interpersonal relationships with staff ensuring a consistently positive culture
- Physically assisting despatch staff with orders to meet truck loading deadlines
- Ensuring all vehicles are road worthy & comply with legal requirements before going off-site
- Ensuring delivery dockets are signed and payments are received upon delivery What are you aiming for? Key and ideal attributes for the role are:
