Job Descriptions:

- Assisting in preparing authentic Chinese pastry food (fried dumplings, shrimp dumplings, noodles, etc.)
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use.
- Preparing cooking equipment (pans, pots) for pastry cooking
- Keep clean work area and wash dishes and other equipment to make sure kitchen equipment and supplies are maintained clean and sanitized.
- Ensure pastry area is stocked properly.
- Checking and ensuring correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food and removing cooked food from cooking equipment.
- Washing, weighing, cutting, measuring food in preparation for pastry cooking.
- Ensure stock rotation to minimize wastages.
- Note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Training will be provided, so prior work experience is not required but would be an advantage
