We are a registered charitable trust, employing around 150 core team members, who provide primary health care and community health services to an enrolled population of around 315,000, mainly through a network of general practice and employed staff with offices in Masterton, Porirua and Wellington.

An exciting new role has become available at Tu Ora Compass Health as a Diabetes Nurse

The key purpose of the Clinical Nurse - Diabetes role is to have a focus in diabetes (including cardiovascular) management within primary health care.

**If you have**:

- A nursing registration with a current NZ Annual Practicing Certificate
- Nursing experience and knowledge in Diabetes (including cardiovascular) care and management
- Knowledge of Primary Care
- The ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- A full and clean drivers' license
