An exciting new role has become available at Tu Ora Compass Health as a Diabetes Nurse

The key purpose of the Clinical Nurse - Diabetes role is to have a focus in diabetes (including cardiovascular) management within primary health care.

Tu Ora offers a supportive work environment. You will be a valuable member of our team whilst we support you to continue to develop your professional skills and career pathway.

**If you have**:

- A nursing registration with a current NZ Annual Practicing Certificate
- Nursing experience and knowledge in Diabetes (including cardiovascular) care and management
- Knowledge of Primary Care
- The ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- A full and clean drivers' license
