**Dispensary Manager - Life Pharmacy North City**

We offer a variety of Professional services. In addition to the usual professional services we also offer vaccinations, Hepatitis C testing, a diabetes program, throat swabbing, health checks (such as blood pressure, blood glucose, blood cholesterol, eyesight screening, peak meter flow testing, BMI). We are constantly looking to grow our portfolio and are currently working towards for antibiotics for Strep. Throat, conjunctivitis in under 2 year olds and antivirals for shingles, melatonin for under 55's and offering medical certificates just to name a few. Although mall-based, we maintain a community feel.

Our dispensary team is supported by 3 other pharmacists, experienced dispensary technicians, a Pharmacist Business Manager, an intern and a nurse who is available one day a week. We are currently seeking a pharmacist to join our team. The role could potentially be a job share (part-time) or a full-time position. This role is a for a Dispensary Manager, requiring strong leadership qualities, although we are also open to early career pharmacists.

**This is a Permanent full time/part time (job share) position working 40 hours per week across 5 days from Monday - Sunday.**

**Key qualities we are looking for include**:

- A NZ qualified Pharmacist with current APC
- Be able and competent to practice sole charge.
- Understand and implement key KPI's to run a successful dispensary business.
- Understand the legislation requirements of the dispensary.
- Strive to meet and greet your customers to create an engaging experience.
- Motivated and dedicated to continual improvement of self and the business.
- A highly motivated, enthusiastic people person with strong retail and sales confidence.

**Pharmacist qualifications that are preferred but not essential (training will be provided) include**:

- Vaccinator certification
- Accreditation to dispense clozapine, sildenafil, ECP, SOC, melatonin and UTI medications.
