**Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Role**

This is a 12-month fixed term position which will support our Medical Devices programme of work. We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join the team on the technical delivery stream of the programme.

The Senior Test Analyst will work within the project structure with responsibilities for quality and timeliness of deliverables, efficiency of tasks, progress and reporting. This role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of testing services within the Medical Devices Technical Workstream.

The salary range for this position is $101,807 - $152,711. The appointment range is between $101,807 - $127,259 (midpoint).

- At least 5+ years as a Senior Test Analyst
- Proven test analysis skills and is comfortable working across a range of technologies that may include database, front and back-end development platforms, API and reporting tools
- Experience in testing across different device types
- An ability to conduct system, user acceptance and post implementation testing and managing defects and clarifications that are identified during these phases
- Experience with testing approaches and methods, particularly system test, integration testing, regression and UAT
- Proven knowledge of analysis techniques to analyse information and document outcomes in the form of test plans and scripts
- Experience in prioritising and time management and can manage their own time effectively to deliver multiple tasks and achieve deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A quality perspective - ensure that all aspects of work and interactions with others reflect a concern for a quality process and result
- Experience in testing security, performance, usability and accessibility aspects would be advantageous
- Understanding of te ao Māori and te Tiriti o Waitangi or display a willingness and commitment to learn
