**THE ROLE**

As a Support Services Partner you will be the key support to our Senior Leadership team. You will play an active integral role to ensure the smooth running of the business in an efficient, accurate and proactive manner.

Working within a team committed to enhancing its operational excellence to ensure team coordination, efficiency and effectiveness, you'll be highly organised and will also enjoy representing the Entelar Group to customers, vendors and suppliers, in internal and external meetings and hosting at events as required.

**WHAT YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR**
- Executive Support: Provide proactive, efficient, accurate and confidential executive support, assisting leaders with diary management ensuring they are prepared and able to meet all commitments and action points prior to meetings.
- External Representation: Representing Entelar Group and the SLT to customers, vendors and suppliers, hosting events as required and playing an active role in building relationships to support business growth.
- Internal Representation: Act as an accessible key contact point on behalf of the SLT, always maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and handle all logistics for meetings: schedule meetings, arranging room bookings, drafting agendas, and developing, compiling, and distributing presentation materials.
- Travel Coordination: Travel and accommodation bookings (domestic and international), and super user of online travel tool. Liaison with travel agency as required.
- Event Coordination: Arrange and handle all logistics for events: drafting event run sheet or program, distribution of invitations, coordination of venue, presenters, catering, transport and any other logistics
- Communications: Manage internal/external communications professionally, proactively and promptly and at times, on behalf of the SLT members you support.
- Operational Delivery: Support team priorities by attending regular key meetings, taking and following up on action points.
- Health and Safety: ensure H&S Guidelines adhered to, Safety induction completed for new staff, H&S Audit completed within timeframes, H&S Information/Newsletters are communicated out to the team.
- New Starter Onboarding: support the induction of new team members, in particular sourcing computer hardware, mobile phones, ID, access cards and health and safety induction.
- General Administration: Assist with expense and credit card claim procedures to meet deadlines; raising Purchase Orders; ordering of supplies and owning the Organization chart.
