**Your New Role**
In your new role as Construction Manager, you will ensure timely and profitable success of all projects from pre-construction through to final delivery. This is an exciting, on the ground, hands-on role and the main point of contact for all enquiries across multiple sites.
- Overseeing the construction delivery of projects
- Pre-construction planning
- Creating & maintaining programmes
- Resource management, scheduling, and engagement
- Mentoring & supporting Site / Project Managers

**About You**
- NZ experience in the vertical structural concrete construction industry, or similar
- Adept leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and drive high performing teams.
- Customer focused, success in driving sustainable business growth, cultivating, and managing key client relations.
- History of problem-solving delivering quality, safety for all and profitability
