**Checkout Supervisor/Team Leader**

To ensure we can continue to create an exceptional customer service experience for our customers we are looking for a Customer Service Extraordinaire to join our team.

**The Role**:

- Serve customers and be a key point of contact for customer queries.
- Provide support to the checkout team by organising breaks and managing customer flow.
- Process restricted purchases.
- Support the Lotto counter.

- Excellent communication skills - ability to motivate and encourage team members to provide exceptional service
- Highly organised and proficient in what you do
- Current Duty Manager’s Certificate.
- Flexibility and willing to work within the leadership team
- Reliable, honest and be a good team player.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Confidence and maturity to work unassisted at times.
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

The days and hours are:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10.00am - 8.00pm Friday, Saturday 6.45am - 4.00pm
