**The Opportunity**:
The scheduling of our Theatres is a combination of permanent and ad hoc (extra) sessions, and we have grown to a level where co ordinating these is best done from a central point.

We are now seeking a Rooms Liaison role to facilitate our ad hoc theatre requests, including booking these sessions and entering patient information. This role is critical in communicating externally with our clients (surgeons and/or medical specialists) and their admin teams, and internally with our operational team to co-ordinate and schedule our ad hoc Theatre requests.
Reporting to our Medical Reception Manager, this role also involves a high level of data entry to ensure our patient management system remains updated at all times.

To be successful in this role:

- You will have previous experience in an administration or co-ordination-type role, preferably where you have worked to co-ordinate outcomes across departments or teams;
- You will be a highly motivated self-starter, comfortable working autonomously, with superior time management skills and an ability to meet deadlines;
- You will be comfortable with following up on information, and you will have the tenacity to see a process through to completion;
- Strong computer literacy and previous experience with a patient or customer management system would be advantageous;
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office and 365 and fast accurate data entry skills.
