**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Senior Games Designer to help create amazing games that engage and entertain.

**The Senior Games Designer’s responsibilities include**:

- Align with the project vision and take ownership of your design responsibilities.
- Design creative solutions to project problems, as presented by Product Owner. Work closely with other disciplines to ensure those designs are clear, practical, and within project constraints.
- Design content for project(s), including but not limited to levels, game mechanics, game systems, limited time events, economy drivers, and monetisation systems.
- Work constructively with other designers, and design management, to help solve issues and improve the craft of design within PikPok
- Work efficiently and effectively. Work independently when required, but also actively collaborating with others and being willing to mentor more junior designers.
- Be flexible and prepared to work on a variety of projects, with a variety of needs.

**Requirements**:
**What we’re looking for**:

- 4+ years professional game design experience across different titles
- Experience with mobile games (specifically free to play games)
- Skilled in Unity
- Skilled in MS Office Suite or Google Suite, particularly writing and flowchart tools
- Good understanding of the game development process
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong desire to share knowledge, to learn, and to collaborate
- Familiarity with the Agile framework and philosophy
- Analytical & results driven with a strong drive to find out the why’s and the how’s
- Good ability to communicate patiently, enthusiastically, and effectively with a range of people and disciplines
- An approachable, empathetic, and encouraging personality
- Other related experience, such as programming, UX/UI, mentoring, and more - tell us what you bring to the table
