**What you’ll be doing**:
This role is responsible for the cost recovery of Chorus Network debt. You will be processing and analysing Network Damage Reports submitted by the Service Companies who have repaired damages to our network.

You will ensure these reports are accurate and processed in a timely manner. As a results driven individual, you will get great satisfaction ensuring Chorus revenue is maximised. Provide timely reporting to Chorus Managers & Service Companies.

As a team player you will support the wider team with billing actives for other network products and services and seek process improvement opportunities in this area.

Success in this role will require you to gain a comprehensive understanding of Chorus network products and services and the unique challenges that come with cost recovery.

Being self-motivated and bringing a positive outlook you will easily align to the Chorus Values and become a valued member of the Chorus family.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Accuracy in loading and maintaining source data
- Attention to detail when processing jobs
- Analytical skills in managing exception reporting
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to self-manage time and workload within deadlines
- Good computer skills including, but not limited to, excel
- Good working knowledge of operational systems such as Salesforce and SAP
- Outstanding team player committed to driving positive, high-performance culture
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Outcome orientated - task completion
- Accountability - desire to accept accountability and show leadership
