**MŌ TĒNEU TŪRANGA MAHI - ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a leader to manage our Clinics located in Hamilton, New Plymouth and Tauranga. This role is based out of our Central Hamilton Clinic. This is a full-time role offering 40 hours per week between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and requires travel at least once per month to at least one of the clinics across the region.

This role leads a team who are dispersed throughout the middle of the North Island and needs someone passionate about growing our people and service. To be successful in this role you will have strong relationship building skills and be able to effectively lead people remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership to clinical team of Doctors, Nurses and Medical Receptionists.
- Manage budgets and rosters.
- Carry out recruitment, retention and HR requirements.
- Manage day-to-day operations and quality compliance of the clinics.
- Ensure services are designed to respond to the diverse needs of our community focusing on improving equitable access.

We are looking for a highly organised, client and people-centric, energetic person. You will have the ability to use your judgement and critical thinking skills to make sound decisions quickly in reactive situations.

**We would love to consider you for the role if you have the following;**
- Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Management experience with a willingness to develop in this area.
- Demonstrated budget management experience.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with a diverse range of people and experience managing dispersed teams.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in leadership in a clinical environment would be advantageous.
