**ROLE SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Teach Year 7-13 Science classes, with the ability to teach the Cambridge Chemistry course at a senior level
- Develop excellent working relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Cater to the varied learning needs and abilities within your classes to maximise student development.
- Ensure the effective use of technology in teaching and learning activities.
- Participate in wider school activities.
- Ensure student welfare and safety.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- NZ Teacher registration with supporting teaching qualifications (BA, B.Ed and/or MA, MEd).
- Experience in teaching Senior School Chemistry curriculum to a high standard.
- Well-prepared, inspiring confidence in students and parents.
- Flexible, committed, professional, hardworking, team player.
