**ROLE SUMMARY**:

- ACG Parnell College is a leading co-educational, non-denominational, independent school based in Parnell, Central Auckland providing world class education to students from year 0-13. Our secondary campus is tailored to provide an excellent learning environment for students, delivering both Cambridge and NZ Curriculums.-
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Teach sciences in secondary school setting, ensuring you create an engaging learning environment.
- Cater to the varied learning needs and abilities within your classes to maximise student development.
- Develop excellent working relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Ensure the effective use of technology in teaching and learning activities.
- Participate in wider school activities.
- Ensure student's welfare and safety in every moment.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- NZ Teacher registration with supporting teaching qualifications (BA and/or MBA).
- Experience in teaching a variety of sciences/chemistry in a secondary school curriculum to a high standard.
- Well-prepared, inspiring confidence in students and parents.
- Flexible, committed, professional, hard working, team player.
