Lots of project work partnering with our vendors and internal stakeholders, you will have end to end oversight of the Toitū Te Whenua - Land Information NZ's network, constructing the way it looks with a future focus, while maintaining the overall network plans to support the organisation's business strategy.

He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience
Ideally you will have worked in a similar role and have experience in:

- Advising on options, risks and costs versus benefits, system impacts, and technology priorities
- Managing and supporting network vendors, agreeing service level agreements (SLA's) reporting on SLA performance.
- Reviewing all aspects of the infrastructure necessary to ensure network services meet SLA's
- Creation and maintenance of network diagrams and documentation
- Ensuring there are effective Incident Management process in place for all components and that there are no single points of failure both in the technology and support teams
- Making a significant contribution to the investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of network problems
- Ensuring that all significant requests for support are dealt with according to set standards and procedures
- Working in a healthy and safe manner, in order to protect yourself, and the wellbeing and safety of all people, in whatever capacity they work for, or engage with Toitū Te Whenua - LINZ. This includes actively participating in the development and continuous improvement of safe work practices.

The expected salary range for this role is between $120,000 - $152,677
